Privacy Policy

This website is run by the independent team behind Tanite Agency ("Tanite", "we", "us"). We keep the identities of the people behind the agency private — the same discretion we offer the creators we work with, we apply to ourselves.

The Telegram account linked in the footer is the only way to reach us, including about anything in this policy. We do not publish a postal address or phone number.

Application data. When you submit the application form we collect the information you provide: your name, age, country, a link to a social profile, your stated current monthly income, your message, and the contact details you leave (Telegram username or email).

Technical data. If you consent to analytics, we collect aggregated, anonymous usage statistics such as page views, referring website and approximate country. These statistics contain no cookies that identify you personally and are not used to build a profile of you.

We do not collect special categories of data, and we ask you not to send us any through this website.

To read your application, decide on it and reply to you. This is the only reason we ask for any of it.

To keep the website working and free of spam and abuse.

To measure website traffic with privacy-friendly analytics — and only if you accept the cookie notice. Nothing is loaded before you do, and you can decline without losing access to anything.

We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not profile you.

Telegram. Applications submitted through the form are delivered to our private Telegram account through the Telegram Bot API, so that we can read and respond to them.

Hosting. This website is hosted on Vercel, which processes server logs on our behalf.

Analytics. If you consent, aggregated statistics are processed by our privacy-friendly analytics provider.

These providers operate internationally, so your data may be processed in a country other than your own. We never sell your data, we never share it for advertising, and no one outside our team ever sees your application.

Applications that do not lead to cooperation are deleted no later than 6 months after they were received.

If we start working together, your data is kept for as long as we work together, and deleted afterwards once there is no longer a financial or contractual reason to hold it.

You can ask us to delete your application sooner at any time — including right after we reply.

Whatever country you live in, you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it entirely. You can also withdraw your consent to analytics at any time.

Write to the Telegram account in the footer. We answer within 30 days, and a deletion request is carried out without questions or conditions.

If your country's law gives you stronger rights than the ones described here, those rights apply — this policy does not reduce them.

This website sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We store your cookie choice locally in your browser so we don't ask again on every visit. Analytics scripts are loaded only after you accept.

You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site.

This website and our services are for adults only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, contact us and we will delete it immediately.

We may update this policy as our services change. The date at the top of the page always shows the current version.
